Japan is surrounded by sea.
Marine transportation is essential to the development
of Japan.
The sea is our life resource.
Through the Meiji, Taisho, Showa and Heisei eras, Sasebo
served as the keystone to protect the west coast area.
From our location in Sasebo, which has developed together
with the ocean, we have studied and cultivated our skills
and achieved techniques in an effort to prepare a quick-response
framework, so that we can provide round-the-clock support
to naval ships in their ceaseless activities in maintaining
the safety of the sea.
The keywords of the Naval Ship Department are
'Quality, Process, Safety and Maintenance'. |
